Presbytery of Milimani South was hived from the larger Milimani Presbytery on 8th December 2013 and started its operations on 6th January 2014. Since its inception, the Presbytery has experienced numerical and spiritual growth. The Presbytery is located in a peri-urban area covering parts of Nairobi County, Kiambu County and Kajiado County, with its offices at PCEA Riruta Satellite Church. At inception, it had seven parishes, namely, Nairobi West, Lang’ata, Karen, Waithaka, Riruta, Mutu-ini, and Dagoretti, as well as the Namanga Nendeni Area. Currently, it has 8 parishes, following the subdivision of Karen Parish into two (Karen West Parish and Karen Central Parish) in November 2022. The 8 Parishes are served by 8 Parish Secretaries/Administrators, Evangelists, Youth coordinators, and Children Ministry coordinators. There are 34 congregations in total, and our Namanga Nendeni Area has 17 congregations.

- PCEA Manyatta Church in PCEA Mutu-ini Parish on Sunday, 29th April, 2018
- PCEA Karinde Church in PCEA Mutu-ini Parish on Sunday, 24th June, 2018

Currently boasts of 168 active elders and 74 retired elders.
